For IM7 bonds in ++, traders will be asked to create IM7 in ASYCUDAWorld with extended procedure 7100
and national procedure 999. Only for this case, the manifest is not required as you are migrating your data from ++
to ASYCUDAWorld. Mind that you will be given a dead line to perform this task
